FRANK ARTHUR KELLEY
1945 – 2016

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frank Arthur Kelley announce his passing at Central Health in Grand Falls-Windsor on December 5, 2016 at the age of 70. Frank was a member of the King of King’s Pentecostal Church in King’s Point. He retired from Corner Brook Pulp & Paper in 2003. Frank was predeceased by his daughter Angela, mother Elsie, father Edward and three brothers, Willie, Allan and Herman. Left with fond and loving memories is his wife Queen and sons-Kurt (Jennifer) of Edmonton and Ryan (Pamela) of King’s Point. Also leaving to mourn are his sisters Irene Locke of Labrador City and Madeline Upward of Silverdale and as well 3 granddaughters-Felicia, Alexis and Autumn. Pastor Murdoch Pittman will conduct the funeral service from the King of King’s Pentecostal Church in King’s Point on Thursday, December 8, 2016. Interment will be at the Interfaith Cemetery. Pallbearers are Arthur Kelley, Kevin Kelley, George Kelley, Terry Kelley, Dennis Janes, Terry Budgell, Carl Tilley and Max Burton. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
