Marjorie Lewis
1931-2017

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marjorie Marie Lewis announce her passing at her home in Grand Falls-Windsor on January 7, 2017 at the age of 85 years. Marjorie retired from Cabot Bakery after forty plus years of service.  Predeceased by parents John & Rachel Lewis, sister – Barbara, brother – Walter (Mary), Brother-in-law Dan Brown and Sister-in-law Margaret (Toots) Lewis. Left with fond and loving memories are: (sister) Dorothy Browne, (brothers) Bob (Marjorie), Martin, Jack (Pauline). Also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces and nephews. Father Joseph Uy will conduct the funeral mass at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 11:00 am.  Interment will be at the Roman Catholic Cemetery on Union Street. Pallbearers are nephews: John Lewis, Martin Lewis, Paul Lewis, Mike Lewis, Gary Lewis, Tom Browne; honorary pallbearer Danny Lewis. Funeral arrangement were entrusted to Mike Goodyear of Central Funeral Homes.
