January 11, 1929 – July 19, 2015
It is with great sadness that the family of Myrtle Byrne announce her passing on July 19, 2015 at the age of 86. Myrtle was predeceased by her husband William A. (Bill) Byrne (94). She leaves to mourn seven children; Louise, David, Peggy, Pauline, Sean, Susan and Chris, 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and her last surviving brother; Wilfred Fifield, South Brook, as well as many family and friends. The family will receive condolences at Central Funeral Home, 45 Union St, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will take place Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 11 am at Central Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory will be graciously accepted to the Starlight Children's Foundation at www.starlightcanada.org.
