Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Meta Vincent can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Meta Dulcie Vincent announce her passing at her home in Triton on November 24, 2015 at the age of 93. Meta was a member of the Salvation Army Home League and 50+ Fellowship Group at Triton Corps. She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth; her parents, Stanley & Melena Winsor, brother, Raymond Winsor; sister, Edith Winsor; granddaughter, Roxanne Verge-Henstridge; daughter-in-law, Andrey Vincent; son-in-law, Leonard Roberts. Left with fond and loving memories is her sons-Sterling (Phyllis) of Springdale, Gradon (Juanita) of Triton, Deano (Bernetta) of Triton and Danny of Triton; daughters-Fronie (Gerald Miller) of Edmonton, Marie (Roland Roberts) of Triton, Una (Tom Head) of Triton, Primrose (Clarence Verge) of Triton, Daphne (Howard Bridger) of Triton and Doretta (Bruce Strickland) of Triton. Also leaving to mourn are 34 grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. Captains Steven & Lynette Barrett will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Triton on Saturday, November 28, 2015. Interment will be at the Triton Community Cemetery. Pallbearers are Perry Miller, Leon Strickland, Terrance Roberts, Andy Roberts, Wally Roberts and Melanie Bridger-Gray. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
