1920 – 2015

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clayton Andrew Hibbs announce his passing at his home in Triton on March 6, 2015 at the age of 94. Clayton retired from the Forestry Industry in the early 90’s. Left with fond and loving memories is his wife Jean Hibbs and daughter Charlene (Hank Roberts) of Triton. Also leaving to mourn are his granddaughter Cherylene (Pierre Neary) of St. John’s and stepbrother Baxter (Beulah Roberts). Pastor Kent Sceviour will conduct the funeral service from the Maranatha Pentecostal Tabernacle in Triton on Monday, March 9, 2015. Interment will be at the Triton Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers are Lloyd Hibbs, Kayward Hibbs, Wilfred Roberts, Andy Roberts, Leon Winsor and Ryan Winsor. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
