CLIFFORD ROY HARRIS
1948 – 2016
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Clifford Roy Harris announce his passing at the Green Bay Health Care Center in Springdale on May 20, 2016 at the age of 67. Cliff was a member of the Springdale Fire Dept., 837 Northeast Air Cadet Squadron (Commanding Officer), Masonics, and was Citizen of the Year. He retired from Central NL Community College (Instructor) in 1996. Cliff was predeceased by his parents, Aubrey & Phyllis; his brother Glenn and baby daughter, Susan. Left with fond and loving memories is his wife Geraldine; sons-Dwight (Angela) of Springdale and Jason (Janet) of Springdale; daughters-Peggy (Ken) of Massey Drive and Tonya (Jason) also of Massey Drive. Also leaving to mourn are grandchildren-Joshua, Tyler, Jakob, Michael, Jayla, Keegan, and Jamie; brothers-Lloyd, Scott, Kenneth and Chris; sisters Marion and Judy as well as nieces, nephews and many other family and friends. Majors Collin & Jacqueline Abbott will conduct the funeral service from the Salvation Army Citadel in Springdale on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Springdale. Pallbearers are Dwight Harris, Jason Harris, Joshua Harris, Tyler Burton, Jakob Harris and Michael Burton. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
