HARVEY THOMPSON
1940-2016
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Harvey Thompson announce his passing at the CNRHC, in Grand Falls-Windsor, on May 23, 2016, at the age of 75yrs. He retired from Construction/Heavy Equipment Operator in 1996. Harvey is predeceased by his parents James and Dorothy, and brother Walter. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Verna; daughters Lisa Thompson (Paul Dowding) of Grand Falls-Windsor, and Angela (Tom Power) of Bishop’s Falls. Also leaving to mourn grandchildren Chantelle (Keith), Leanne, Robert (Ashley), Lucas, Laura; great granddaughter Sophia; brothers and sisters Jim (Sadie), Flossie, Ambrose (Daphne), Cyril (Joyce) Joyce (Don), Ralph (Shauna) and Wade (Debbie), along with many relatives and friends. Pastor Jamie Payne will conduct the funeral service at the Pentecostal Church in Point Leamington on May 25, 2016. Internment will be at the Pentecostal Cemetery in Point Leamington. Pallbearers are Tom Power, Ambrose Thompson, Dean Thompson, Wade Thompson, Keith Jeans, and Paul Dowding.
