MARJORIE SYLVIA COLBOURNE
1941 – 2016
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marjorie Sylvia Colbourne announce her passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on June 11, 2016 at the age of 74. Marjorie retired from Margie’s Snack Bar in 1992. She was predeceased by her parents Baxter & Rowena Fudge; her sister Gladys; daughter Rosaline Dallas; brother-in-law Arthur Pinsent and sister-in-law Marlene Hewlett. Left with fond and loving memories is her husband Gilbert and sons-Keith (Karen) of Hinton, Alberta and Curtis (Teresa) also of Hinton, Alberta. Also leaving to mourn are her siblings-Doris Pinsent, Donald Fudge (Jacqueline), Rupert Fudge (Sandra), Hayward Fudge (Patsy), Eric Fudge (Letsie) and Pleaman Fudge (Mildred); grandchildren-Jolene Colbourne, Justin Colbourne and Billie Colbourne; 4 great grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Pastor Jeremy Foss will conduct the funeral service from the Word of Life Tabernacle in Robert’s Arm on Wednesday, June 15 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Robert’s Arm Pentecostal Cemetery. Pallbearers are Keith Colbourne, Curtis Colbourne, Hayward Fudge, Randy Colbourne, Eric Warr and Boyce Hewlett. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
