June 7th, 1935 - April 20th, 2017

It is with great sadness that the family of the late William McLoughlan announce his passing at the Carmelite House in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on April 20th , 2017 at the age of 81. Bill was a member of the Roman Catholic Church, past member of the Grand Falls Lions Club and past President and member of Grand Falls Minor Hockey Association. Bill retired from The Dept. of Highways. Predeceased by his wife Wendie, parents Margaret and Lawrence McLoughlan, sister Mary, brother Ron and his wife Mary. Bill leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughter Erin McLoughlan (Todd) and son Sean McLoughlan (Denyse) both of Grand Falls Windsor. Also leaving to mourn are his sister Margaret, and granddaughters Shauna and Nicole, grandson Ethan and great-grandchildren Tyson and Hunter as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Father William Pearce will conduct Funeral Mass on Monday, April 24th , 2017 at 11:00 AM from The Cathedral of The Immaculate Conception with Inurnment to follow in the Interfaith Cemetery. Urnbearers are Erin and Sean. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes. No flowers by request, donations may be made to The Lionel Kelland Hospice, C/O The Grand Falls Windsor Rotary Club..
