The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ethel Bennett can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Sandra Knight for ACW
Condolence: Don and family,
On behalf of the ACW at Holy Trinity I have been asked to send our sincere sympathy to all of you on the sudden passing of our dear friend
Ethel. It has been a few weeks now since Ethel
passed but we want all of you to know that we still feel her presence in our church. Ethel was a positive lady and loved doing her part for the Lord in everything that she was involved with.We will miss her very much in ACW. She enjoyed preparing the devotions for us and was always eager to help when asked.
Hopefully the memories will help all of us to move forward and be thankful to God for Ethel's life. May she rest in peace.

Condolence: Uncle Don and family,
We were so shocked to hear of Aunt Ethel's sudden passing. Rog describes her as the "fun" aunt who always took time to play with the kids. She has sent us a Christmas card every year since we've been married and always included pictures of her grandchildren who were her pride and joy! We wish we could have been there to say goodbye today. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
God bless

Condolence: I am very saddened to hear of the passing of Ethel Bennett. She was a very nice and caring lady. I got to know her through my involvement with Holy Trinity Anglican Church several years ago. I looked forward to sitting with her and Don in the church pews. Her smile would light up the room. You will be missed. Condolence to the family during this difficult time. From Damien.

Condolence From: Lee, Tanya, Lilly, Sam & Peter Bennett
Condolence: To Uncle Don and Families, We are so extremely saddened by the lost of such a wonderful person. I will never forget her words… “Come here I want to give you a hug!!” When you get one of her hugs she would squeeze you so tight that you’d hear a gentle sigh under her breath. It was her signature; it was what made her unique and special. She was that kind of person that was always reaching out with her loving touch and embarrassing all that is good in this life. She always struck me as being fearless. She took control when needed to look after those around her, no matter if your were a family member, a friend or a stranger, Aunt Ethel was there to lend her support no matter what!! Unconditionally. Aunt knew what made you rich in this life; it was not what money you had in the bank, it was not about the material things you surround yourself with; rather it was the things that you could not buy that made you rich. Life was about believing, faith, friendships, family, places and of course, hugs.

You departed so un-expectantly and your loss will be hard for all of us to come to terms with, but I believe you lived a life with no regrets. We will forever be inspired by what existed in your spirit and nothing can ever take that away from us. Your spirit is what will make our lives rich and I will pass along those hugs ever chance I get. I will squeeze so tight that I make that gentle sigh under my breath.

I love you all and if weather permitted i would of been there today. I hope that we can all gather soon and we miss you so very much.

Love,
Lee, Tanya, Lilly, Sam & Peter
